What we collect

Your mobile number, your name, and a photo of yourself. The photo is shown only to staff of the organization you applied to, so they can recognize you.

Text messages

Your mobile number is used only to send you the link that completes your application and to tell you the result. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See how we use text messages.

What we keep

If your application is declined, the photo is deleted at once and the rest of the record within seven days. If it is approved, the organization decides whether to keep the photo.

On servers in Canada.
